  All three of our rooms offer comfortable beds and a bright, spacious atmosphere. Each room has its own private ensuite bathroom. Two of the rooms also have bathtubs one of which is an 'Air Massage Jacuzzi'. Complete with air conditioning, our inviting rooms are perfect for a relaxing vacation or a romantic getaway.

  Rates and General Information
Rates are per room per night based on double occupancy. May 1, through September 30, two night minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. Extra person: $35.00 per night (on portable beds where space permits).

Cancellation Policy: Deposit Refund - Up to 72 hours before arrival -- $20.00 booking fee. Less than 48 hours notice or failure to arrive -- PAYMENT IN FULL.

Payment Methods: A deposit of one night's rate may be made with your Visa or Mastercard using our PayPal account or by cheque or money order, to hold your reservation; however, cash, traveler's cheque or personal cheque are requested as payment at the time of your visit. Please e-mail us for instructions.

Check-In Time: Between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please let us know if you require later check-in time.

Check-Out Time: By 10:30 am.

Special Package Deals: Contact us for consideration of special packages for larger groups or extended stays. Full breakfast always served. We may be able to arrange for larger numbers using members of 'Southern Shores Bed &Breakfast Association'
